Tell Me More, Tell Me More!

Love is the Slug is an ongoing blog focused on the analysis, discussion, critique and shameless enjoyment of pop culture and the many little and not so little subcultures that hang out underneath that massive umbrella. I’m a hairdresser, a musician, a music fan, a comic book geek, a lover of superheroes and superheroines, a wannabe fashion plate on a major budget, a contributor over at I Fry Mine in Butter and an unspeakable of the Oscar Wilde sort. All of these things and more inform why I choose to write what I write here and the points of view I bring to the table.

I hope you’ll feel free to comment and join in on the discussion and fun. But be warned, I’ve been hanging out on ye olde Internets for quite some time and I do not have any patience for vicious, bigoted comments or people trying to start any sort of fire-based battle. All comments are subject to moderation and trollishness will be banned forthwith. That being said, I am all for healthy debate and will not forbid any comments from folks that disagree with or challenge me. Let’s just all try to be respectful, shall we?
